Radley Staffing Operations Manager

Radley Staffing is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Phoenix location. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, workforce accountability, and exceptional client service across the branch. The Operations Manager will ensure staffing operations run efficiently, teams are meeting performance goals, and client expectations are consistently exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations ensuring alignment with Radley Staffings goals and standards
• Develop and mentor team members to drive accountability, operational excellence, and alignment with the Radley Way
• Develop and execute strategic plans by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and service delivery
• Monitor branch financial performance (P&L) and take action to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Build high-performing teams with a culture centered around accountability and fun
• Review and execute agreements to support business development efforts
• Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and professional branch office environment

Qualifications

• Proven ability to hire, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
• Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communicator with strong business ethics and sound judgment
• Staffing industry (temp and temp-to-hire) experience is a plus
• Experience managing a positive P&L
