  • Safely tow trailers to and from job locations as needed.
  • Work as part of a team to meet setup and teardown deadlines.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
  • Provide professional and courteous interaction with customers and event staff.

Skills:

  • Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise assembly and secure installation of tents.
  • Good communication skills for effective teamwork and understanding setup instructions.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of tent installation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or site requirements as needed.
  • Prior experience with outdoor event setup or construction is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license required for transporting equipment between sites.

Embark on an active career where your efforts directly contribute to successful events! We value safety, teamwork, and enthusiasm — if you’re ready to get your hands dirty while making a positive impact, we want you on our team.
