Associate Creative Director, Art

Mutiny is Trailer Park Group's integrated creative agency focused solely on the Gaming space, anchored by deep audience insights, integrated creative thinking, and proprietary data and strategyall backed by Trailer Park Group's premium content production resources on a global scale. We seek an Associate Creative Director with an art-based background to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a design and big idea conceptual leader for social forward campaigns around gaming clients. We're seeking someone who loves diving into clients' businesses, understanding their marketing challenges, and proposing solutions. The best candidates for this role will love creative ideation, social marketing, gaming, the internet, and partnering with creative teams to make cool stuff. If you're a self-starter who is fluent in the modern marketing landscape and culture of the internet and on the pulse of the gaming audience, we'd love to learn more about you.

• Must provide an updated portfolio showing art based leadership on social-forward campaigns
• Gaming client experience is great!
• A love for RPG-based video games is important
• Candidates must be located on the West Coast of the US

About The Role:

• Concept and direct campaign-level art design for social-forward campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to build out and plan the campaign.
• Work fluidly across channels and platforms.
• Help lead teams with storyboarding/shot lists/creative direction
• Implement feedback received from internal and client teams
• Proactively track, prioritize, organize, plan, and implement tasks
• Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with staff, vendors, and clients
• Performs other duties, as assigned

About You:

• Award-winning or award-worthy social-forward portfolio that shows craft and attention to detail
• 6+ years of art direction experience with an integrated marketing/ad agency required.
• Proven/award winning experience developing campaign-level ideation
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; organized, detail-oriented, and friendly
• Must be even-tempered and able to interact and adapt well under pressure, with multiple teams on multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Entertainment, agency, or game industry experience preferred
• Ability to lead creative talent with grace and strategic support

Compensation & Benefits:

Please note that a job offer for this position will be determined based on many factors, including experience, unique skill set, other qualifications, location, job performance (current employees), and various business and budgetary considerations.

Annual base pay range for this position is below:

$130,000 - $160,000 USD
