Temporary Janitor

Janitorial Shift Hours: Various Starting Pay: $15/hour Location: Fayette County, GA

Janitor Responsibilities:

Janitor is in charge of keeping the workplace clean, organized and disinfected.

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
• Maintain outdoor grounds clean from debris
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Washing and clean windows and mirrors
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
• Dust furniture and fixtures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous janitorial experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Knowledge of safety and cleaning protocols.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Ability to focus on details.
