Description

Wisconsin Distributors is currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individual to join our delivery team as a Route Driver Helper! Work morning hours in a fast-paced environment and be home every night.

This position is responsible for providing reliable and efficient delivery of beverages to customer accounts. The Route Driver Helper consistently moves products throughout the day and provides merchandising activities at accounts.

Location

• Start/End in the Sun Prairie area

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Early start/finish times

Compensation

• Non-CDL - starting at $18.37 per hour (must obtain CDL temps within two weeks of start date - will train)
• CDL Temp Holder - $44,000 annually
• CDL License Holder - $47,500 annually
• Monthly phone allowance
• Steel toe boots/shoes reimbursement

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• A valid Driver's License with clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 165 pounds of product.
• Displays a positive attitude and patience in dealing with customers.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of mobile devices, including an iPad.
• Reliable.
• High attention to detail.
• Proven teamwork and people skills.

Salary Description


$18.37 per hour
