Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Join a Board Certified Rheumatologist with plan for an APP team in February 2025.
• This is an opportunity to build your practice the way you would like to build it. Support from Rheumatologists in Duluth, MN.
• Large, immediate referral base
• Full time (36 patient contact hours) NO call
• Primarily an Outpatient practice
• Availability of Ambulatory Infusion Center
• Over 60+ referring physicians
• Collegial group of physicians with supportive staff
• Offering Sign-on Bonus, Starting bonus, and/or Retention Bonus along with a guaranteed salary

LOCATION

• Brainerd , MN – located at the center of Minnesota
• 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• Brainerd Lakes Area population: 65,000; Regional service area: 115,000

COMPENSATION

• $309,000 Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
