Custodial Position Available

Do you like to clean? Are you looking for a position that allows flexibility and NO WEEKEND WORK? If you answered yes, this job is for you! Qualified Staffing is hiring for our local school system to assist in the custodial department.

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday times will depend on school needs

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing designated areas such as classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including playgrounds and parking lots.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down for schools events or activities as requested.
• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
• Must be flexible with job duties and schedule.

Requirements:

• Applicant must be able to be on feet, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Prior cleaning experience is preferred
• Must be able to stay the full length of shift.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Willingness to undergo a fingerprint check ($39.99 cost to applicant)
