We are seeking a bilingual Korean Administrative Coordinator to provide dedicated support to our Team Leader. In this role, you will be the backbone of daily operations-managing schedules, coordinating projects, and serving as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, and international partners. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
- 2-3 years of administrative or executive support experience
- Fluency in Korean (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a team-first mindset

salary: $28 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects, tasks, and initiatives in alignment with construction team leadership goals.
- Maintain and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure timely coordination with all stakeholders.
- Develop a solid understanding of team processes and systems, working toward subject matter expertise in reporting and workflow tools.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and security.
- Design and implement streamlined administrative procedures to improve efficiency and support operational excellence.
- Serve as a key liaison between construction leadership, internal teams, expatriates, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records to support team operations and decision-making.
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.
