The Export Coordinator (Supply Chain Support) role assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain operations. This position ensures timely Shipping,  inventory accuracy, efficient logistics, and smooth communication across suppliers, internal teams, and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Track order status and follow up with vendors to resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory planning, forecasting, and stock level monitoring.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with logistics partners.
• Prepare shipping documents and track deliveries to final destinations.
• Address transportation issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and records.
• Generate reports on inventory, procurement activity, and supplier performance.
• Use ERP or supply chain software to update and analyze operational data.
• Answer internal and external inquiries related to orders, stock, or shipment status.

• Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
