Role Description

This is a role for a Co-Founder located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the strategic vision of the company, managing day-to-day operations, leading business development efforts, and establishing partnerships with a particular focus on the technical aspects of the software development. Other tasks include overseeing marketing strategies, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring the company meets its growth and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Software development experience overseeing a team and managing a startup, especially a SaaS
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills for internal and external engagement
• Experience in Sales and Marketing for business growth and client acquisition
• Competence in conducting comprehensive Research to support company strategies
• Leadership experience and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Background in engineering, technology, or software development is a plus
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
