Key Responsibilities
Review, audit, and approve domestic parcel, less-than-truckload (LTL), truckload, and import invoices.
Compare transportation carrier invoices with Uline order details, carrier contracts, and shipment documents while documenting any discrepancies transparently.
Build strong relationships with carriers to improve service efficiency and resolve any arising issues.
Work collaboratively with both internal departments and external teams to ensure prompt payments to transportation carriers.
Conduct analyses for special projects as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in invoice auditing and payment processes, along with knowledge of LTL pricing is preferred.
