Victory Family Church is looking for a Central Kids Pastor who can champion the vision of VFKids across all campuses, build systems that bring clarity, and create environments where kids learn to know Jesus and grow in Him. This leader will direct curriculum, events, and standards while coaching Kids Pastors and teams toward unity and excellence. It’s a role that requires both strong systems thinking and a deeply relational approach. For the right leader, this is an opportunity to shape the spiritual lives of nearly a thousand children each week at one of the fastest-growing churches in Oklahoma.

• Attendance: 7,000–7,500 across 4 campuses
• Kids Ministry: 900–1,000 children weekly
• Volunteer Teams: Large, multi-layered teams with strong training systems

• Influence across all campuses

• Requirements:
• 5+ years Kids leadership (preferred multisite)
• Curriculum and systems development
• Ability to cast vision and coach teams toward alignment

Location

Norman is a thriving college town that is also a part of the OKC metro area. Norman has approximately 128,026 people and the metro is a little over 1 million. Norman consists of a lot of young families. It has a small-town vibe but is close to a larger city.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and organizational oversight for VFKids.
• Develop and manage the VFKids curriculum across all campuses.
• Build and manage the VFKids event calendar and key initiatives.
• Lead and support campus kids pastors and teams.
• Develop and maintain volunteer onboarding and training systems for all campuses.
• Manage the Central VFKids budget and financial planning.
• Assist with the functionality of VFKids’ technical systems.
• Develop and oversee VFKids family resources and communication.
• Write and review kids ministry training materials and resources.
• Lead the VFLC (internship) Kids Practicum.
