$90,000.00/yr - $94,000.00/yr

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis - Customer Voice Lead to understand and drive key business themes via customer feedback. This role will consolidate customer input from multiple sourcessurveys, support tickets, chatbots, and social media into actionable insights, identify key business themes, and provide strategic guidance for product and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement methodologies for customer sentiment analysis across text-based channels (surveys, tickets, chatbot logs, social media comments).
• Identify recurring themes and trends (e.g., pricing, features, product quality) and generate actionable insights.
• Partner with marketing and business analysis teams to translate insights into strategy.
• Produce regular customer insight reports with clear narratives, data visualizations, and recommendations.
• Inform and facilitate in the design of data systems to capture, organize, and centralize customer feedback.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalability, compliance, and security of the customer data ecosystem.

Requirements

• 57 years of experience in customer insights, marketing analytics, or business analysis.
• Proven expertise in customer sentiment analysis and text analytics.
• Strong knowledge of survey methodology, text mining, and NLP (natural language processing).
• Familiarity with marketing and advertising ecosystems, ideally in a tech/media context.
• Experience with data architecture / data lake design (Azure preferred).
• Excellent communication skillsable to translate complex data into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter, comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Experience working with Microsoft products and platforms (Azure, Power BI, Dynamics, etc.).
• Background in digital advertising, publishing, or media analytics.
• Familiarity with customer feedback management platforms and chatbot data pipelines.
• Must be located in the United States or eligible to work without sponsorship.
