A long standing forensic engineering and building envelope consulting firm in San Luis Obispo is looking for a Senior Project Manager to step into a key leadership role as they continue expanding across the West Coast. This is a senior seat with real influence, but not the top position, making it a great fit for someone ready to lead while still growing.

What you will do

• Take a lead role in building and supporting the Building Envelope practice for West Coast projects
• Manage investigations, assessments, rehabilitation design, and expert consulting work
• Oversee technical work involving roofing, cladding, glazing, waterproofing, and below grade systems
• Mentor junior and mid level staff and help strengthen internal standards and workflows
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, quality, and client relationships
• Support business development efforts, with room to grow in this area

What you bring

• At least 8 years of building envelope experience
• Strong technical judgment and project management skills
• Leadership experience or the desire to step into a more senior leadership role
• Business development skills or a book of business are a plus, but not required
• Confident communication and client facing ability
