As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications. You will also need to ensure that the quality control standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Assembling components or sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and following specific guidelines and procedures
• Inspecting parts for defects or damage
• Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies:

• Delivery Competency - Be able to read, interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, technical manuals, and schematics
• Competency - Be able to use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
• Competency - Be able to communicate effectively
• Experience - Have experience in manufacturing or a desire to learn, along with consistent attention to detail
• Competency - Following safety procedures and guidelines Action Oriented - Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things that he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes opportunities when they arise.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The base pay for this position is $39,490 to $63,140 per year depending on the geographic market.
• Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
