About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Wildlife & Exclusion Technician to join our expanding team. This role focuses on identifying wildlife issues, performing humane removal, and completing exclusion work to prevent future intrusions.

What You’ll Do
  • Inspect attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and structures for animal entry points
  • Perform humane wildlife trapping, removal, and relocation according to regulations
  • Install exclusion materials (e.g., sealing entry points, screening vents, chimney caps)
  • Repair minor structural areas impacted by wildlife
  • Identify signs of rodent, squirrel, raccoon, bat, or bird activity
  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally with customers
  • Operate company vehicle, ladders, and tools safely
  • Complete service reports and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and safety support
What We’re Looking For
  • Hands-on, problem-solving personality
  • Comfortable working at heights, in attics, and in tight spaces
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical labor
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
  • Ability to pass background & drug screening
  • Carpentry or construction experience is a plus
  • Wildlife control experience is a plus , but not required — we train!

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Wildlife trapping; humane removal; exclusion installation; sealing entry points; ladder safety; baiting/trapping; animal relocation; attic/crawlspace inspection; roof inspection; chimney cap installation; structural repairs; moisture inspection; insulation disturbance identification; hazard awareness; PPE use.

Carpentry / Repair Skills

Basic carpentry; hand tools; power tools; drill/saw use; sealing materials; screening installation; crawlspace access repair; roofline repair; soffit/fascia understanding; patching/repairing small openings.

Customer Service & Communication

Customer communication; explaining wildlife findings; service recommendations; professionalism; documenting findings; educating homeowners.

Problem-Solving & Work Style

Troubleshooting wildlife entry points; physical endurance; attention to detail; independent work; route management; reliability; safety-first mindset.

Physical Requirements

Climbing ladders; working in attics/crawlspaces; lifting 40–50 lbs; outdoor work; kneeling/bending/standing for long periods.

Licensing

Valid driver’s license; clean driving record; ability to pass background/drug test; wildlife certification (optional).
