Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Care Aides (HCAs) with experience caring for seniors to join our award-winning team. About Actikare As an Actikare caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by assisting seniors with daily activities, offering companionship, and helping them maintain independence in a safe, supportive home environment.
Compensation & Benefits - Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (HCA & CNA)

Job Responsibilities - Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
- Assist with ambulation and mobility (in-home and outside activities such as walks or doctor's appointments)
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and activities of daily living
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor clients and report unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family members
- Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
Requirements - Active CNA or HCA certification in the State of Washington , or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program
- Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
- U.S. work authorization (required)
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent bedside manner
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform required job duties
Schedule & Job Type - Expected hours: 30 per week, with opportunities up to 40 hours
