ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Chandler, Arizona.

\nRN - Tele Float Pool
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Required to work 4 weekend shifts per schedule (Saturday/Sunday for days, Friday/Saturday for nights)
\n• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
\n• Float between all Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units at both Chandler and Mercy Gilbert campuses
\n• Float pool position - first to float based on hospital needs
\n• May float to ICU, Cardiac Tele, all Tele units, MedSurg, and various holding areas
\n• Campus and unit assignment notification given 1.5 hours prior to shift start
\n• Must be able to titrate cardiac drips including Amiodarone, Cardene, Nitroglycerin, Heparin, and Dobutamine
\n• Required to pass dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of offer (2 maximum attempts)
\n• Must pass mandatory Sim Lab on day one of orientation
\n• Patient ratios range from 1:3-4 on Telemetry units to 1:4 on Medical-Surgical units
\n• Must be able to interpret EKGs and work with centralized telemetry monitoring
\n• Navy scrubs required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• BSN not required
\n• 2-day floor-specific orientation for each unit
\n• Use Cerner charting system
