\n\nJob Details:
\n• Provide competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards
\n• Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting
\n• One year of nursing experience required
\n• Trauma Level 1 experience required
\n• North Carolina nursing license required
\n• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification required (AHA or ARC)
\n• Nursing diploma, ADN, or ASN from accredited school of nursing required
\n• BSN or MSN from accredited school of nursing preferred
\n• Assess patients with complex problems including physical, psychosocial, educational and safety aspects of care
\n• Perform bedside point of care testing as required for patient care plans
\n• Organize and prioritize care according to patient and family needs
\n• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in evaluation of patient care
\n• Participate in patient education and assess readiness to learn of patients, families, and caregivers
\n• Develop and update plans of care in collaboration with patients and families
\n• Participate in unit goals and performance improvement activities
\n• Promote safe, clean and secure hospital environment for all
