Job Description & RequirementsThe Social Worker provides psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge planning services in a psychiatric healthcare setting. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support patient stabilization, continuity of care, and safe transitions.
