\nRadiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech; Additional Notes from VMS= IR Tech
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Minimum 1 year experience required, will accept first-time travelers
\n• Must have neuro experience and scrub experience
\n• Must be within 45-minute radius for call back
\n• Weekday call is backup coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM Monday through Friday
\n• Weekend coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM Saturday and Sunday (primary or backup)
\n• Holiday coverage 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM when needed
\n• 40 hours of orientation required
\n• Daily census of 10 patients with 3 procedure rooms
\n• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
\n• Perform interventional radiographic procedures independently without direct supervision
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, ACLS, ARRT VI, Fluoro Permit, State license, Prophacy Relias Advanced EKG
\n• Maryland or Compact license required at submission
\n• Must have experience with accessing/managing ports, angioplasty, cardiac ablation, carotid procedures, central venous access, and various interventional procedures
\n• Special equipment requirements include nephogram, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, hemodynamic monitoring, stroke, and NIR experience
\n• Must complete virtual modules on first day (8 hours for new starts)
\n• May float within facility scope and to affiliate hospital nearby
\n• Maximum assignment length of 365 days with required 6-month separation period
