Are you experienced in distribution and enjoy training others while keeping inventory on track? Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Training & Inventory Specialist in Simpsonville, KY for a full-time, temporary opportunity with the potential for hire based on performance and business needs.


Training & Inventory Specialist Highlights:

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
  
  
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
  
  
• Start Date: November 17
  
  
• Location: Simpsonville, KY
  
  
• Status: Temp with potential for hire
  
  
• Overtime: Voluntary OT may be available; Saturday work is highly unlikely but possible

Training & Inventory Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Train new team members in picking and packing procedures across multiple departments
  
  
• Support inventory operations including cycle counts, audits, research, and reconciliation
  
  
• Assist with troubleshooting system issues in collaboration with leadership
  
  
• Step into picking and packing tasks when training or inventory work is not active
  
  
• Promote a culture of safety, ownership, and teamwork in line with company values
  
  
• Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Training & Inventory Specialist Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment required
  
  
• Familiarity with WMS and TMS systems preferred
  
  
• Strong communication and teaching skills
  
  
• Positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and analytical mindset
  
  
• Good math skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Excel experience preferred but not required
  
  
• Must be proactive, self-directed, and adaptable to changing priorities
