Located inside the Brea Mall food court, we are passionate about delivering bold flavors, high-quality food, and excellent guest experiences. Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Store Manager to oversee the full operations of our Brea Mall location. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading all team members and shift leads, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving both sales and service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of operational oversight, team development, and business management.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Lead and manage the entire store team, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Coach and develop shift leads and team members to uphold performance and guest service standards
• Manage labor costs, sales targets, and overall store performance
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and controlling waste
• Make supply and produce runs as needed to support operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Handle guest issues and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Drive a positive and motivating culture while maintaining accountability across the team
• Report to ownership on store performance, staffing needs, and operational improvements

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years of management experience in food service or retail (QSR experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team
• Solid understanding of labor management, scheduling, and P&L basics
• Highly organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to challenges
• Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holiday mall hours)
• Passion for hospitality and delivering a standout guest experience

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive salary (based on experience) - $68,640-$75,000
