Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Specialist to manage day-to-day activity across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and YouTube for lifestyle brands. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness through high-quality content and smart community management.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, post, and manage daily social content across all major platforms.
Create short-form videos, posts, and stories that align with brand tone and current trends.
Engage directly with audiences-respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
Track performance analytics and suggest improvements based on data.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for coordinated campaigns.
Keep up with social trends, audio, and platform updates - especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Manage posting schedules and influencer collaborations when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing multiple brand accounts (preferably lifestyle, beauty, or wellness).
Strong understanding of social algorithms, growth strategies, and trend-driven content.
Video editing and caption writing skills.
Based in Florida (local knowledge and availability for occasional in-person content shoots required).
Reliable, fast-moving, and detail-oriented.
