About You:

• You are 18 years or older and enjoy engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic way
• You can handle physical tasks such as moving, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
• You have reliable transportation to and from the work location
• You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• You have experience in leading and training team members
• You can effectively use a smartphone or tablet to document your work after each shift
• You exhibit exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• You are a motivated self-starter with a strong drive for action and results
• You work well independently, while also excelling in team-building situations
• You prioritize safety while performing job duties in a retail environment
