Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse Disease Manager (RNDM). These are completely remote positions, working entirely from the nurses home. The nurse will be performing assessments, education, and training to coordinate care for the dependents of our nations active?duty members and eligible retirees.
