Job Details - Represent clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters
- Providing legal support to clients
- Managing cases from inception through trial and/or appeal, as necessary
- Maintaining positive client relationships
- Preparing legal reports and documents
- Taking and defending depositions (including those of Plaintiff and experts, witnesses, etc.)
- Prosecuting cases from start to finish
- Conducting and/or defending depositions
- Making court appearances, handling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlement/verdict
CA Bar License (Required)
Litigation: 2-5+ years (Preferred)
