Location: Lee Health Corporate Center -4211 Metro ParkwayFort Myers FL 33916 Department: LPG Physician Recruitment Work Type: Full Time Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Weekdays; Some afterhours/weekend work may be required Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $33.36 - $43.36 / hour Summary Provides physician and/or advanced practice provider recruitment for designated specialties as needed. This includes responsibility for candidate pre-screening and appropriate follow-up for physician/APP candidates in designated specialties. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to validate commiserate skill set (minimum 5 years total) in a professional business setting. Experience: Minimum of 3 years direct recruiting experience required. Physician and/or Advanced Practice Provider recruitment-related experience preferred. Business, sales, pharmaceutical, educational and other healthcare recruitment experience can be considered. Must have knowledge of healthcare recruiting and healthcare operations. Extensive knowledge of principles and practice of recruitment administration including, but not limited to report preparation, creation of spreadsheets, database information input and maintenance, creation of marketing tools such as flyers, brochures, etc. Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems software including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. required. License: None Certification: None Other: Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Must exercise diplomacy, discretion, sound judgment, and flexibility in varying situations, and must maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to develop alternative solutions to problems; comparing and analyzing data; preparing clear, concise, thorough, meaningful, and grammatically correct written reports, letters, memoranda, and other documents. Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks and responsibilities. Ability to work after normal business hours as required to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
