What we're looking for - Builder Trainee | PLA Supply Chain Services
Compensation: - Training Pay: $13.50/hour
- Post-Training: You will earn either $13.50/hour or a piece rate - whichever is higher .
Top performers can earn up to $29/hour , based on individual production performance.

Role overview & responsibilities Reporting to the Supervisor, the Builder Trainee is a 30-day position and is used as training and development position to prepare for the Builder position.
- Teamwork and cooperation are required for proper job performance.
- Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules are subject to change to meet company needs and business requirements.
- Attendance at work is an essential function of this job.
