*What Detmar Offers:*
* Average 9-11k a week
* Weekly pay is direct deposit (unless running for an owner with a different agreement on how pay is dispersed)
* Plates Program- plates can be purchased for drivers and split among first three pay periods. IFTA will also be provided when purchasing plates. There is a Detmar leasing owner operator insurance program, and overweight permits offered.
* 24 hours dispatch and safety departments

*Requirements:*
* Owner of Bottom Drop Trailer
* Active and current Class A CDL and physical med card
* 2 years tractor trailer experience
* Good attitude and willing to be flexible.
* No felonies in last 10 years
* Must pass DOT drug test
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English
* Orientation and weekly fee requirements
* Willing to run ALL customers
* Be able to stay out on hitch 21/7 or more days at a time. Must request days off and be approved by management.
* Must have PEC Safeland and current H2S certification

*Requirement Documentation:*
* Truck newer than 2000
* Registration/Cab card
* TX DOT Inspection
* Form 2290 w/ watermark
* IFTA
* Bobtail/physical damage insurance
* TX Title application receipt
* Trailer must pass in-house inspection as well
* Registration
* Trailer Interchange Insurance ($65,000 policy)
