Job Description

Vox Church is looking for an Operations Team Volunteer Staff! Volunteer Team Members will use their gifts for 10-15 hours of unpaid time to serve the Church. They will be treated in many ways like regular Team Members and will be included in internal communication, invited to all-team meetings and events, have regular duties and goals for each block (we call this an M3), and have access to personal and leadership development.

Mission :


We seek an Operations Team Administrator to provide robust administrative assistance to our Central Operations Team, supporting IT, Data, Servant Team, and Facilities teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective prioritization. By aiding the operations team, the administrator will contribute to streamlining systems, solving problems, supporting ministry and staff, and empowering discipleship.


Outcomes:

• Gathering, analyzing, and leveraging feedback and other information to improve operational efficiency.
• Conducting in-depth research and analysis for projects and initiatives.
• Aiding in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Preparing correspondence and meeting agendas for the Operations Team.
• Scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Brainstorming and coordinating training and team-building events.
• Identifying, testing, and helping implement tools and systems to improve our church's effectiveness.
• Drive standardization across key systems.
• Supporting special projects as needed.

Schedule :

• Total of 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility on schedule based on availability.
