Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining offset presses, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality printed materials on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain offset printing presses (Our presses include a 64 KBA and 40 Komori UV Presses).
• Review job tickets and specifications to ensure accurate press setup.
• Monitor press runs for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Offset Press Operator preferred (willing to train motivated candidates including Press Feeders with experience and drive).
• Knowledge of offset press operations, color management, and print quality standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
