Responsibilities: * Team Composition: 5 Nurse Practitioners * Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM * Call: No Call * Patient Distribution: 100% Outpatient * Patient Volumes: Up to 30-40 patients per day Qualifications: * Preferred previous Urgent Care (UC) or Emergency Room (ER) experience or 2 years in Primary Care. Open to the right candidate without prior experience.
