What You Will Do Perform cleaning and maintenance on laboratory equipment. Maintain supplies and samples, and prepare sterile media. Use standard microbiological techniques to enumerate, isolate, and identify cultures. Analyze data and prepare oral or written reports. Support maintenance of cell cultures and virus stocks. Position Details Location: Huntington, Indiana Shift: First shift (Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) Compensation: $22.00 – $33.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biology or related technical discipline Experience working in a laboratory environment Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in microbiology, biology or related discipline At least 2 years of laboratory experience Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Attention to detail Compensation Range The annual salary range for this position is $46,600 – $69,800. Factors such as experience, education, and location are considered.
