Licensed Professional Counselor / Associate, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist / Associate, Licensed Master Social Worker, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Full-Time, Hybrid)

Southlake, Frisco, Plano, and College Station, TX

Mosaic Way Counseling is expanding and hiring across all of our locations in Southlake, Frisco, Plano, and College Station, TX. We are a growing, multi-location practice built on a simple belief: when counselors feel supported, connected, and valued, their clients feel the difference.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, individualized counseling services
• Develop treatment plans based on client history and goals
• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation
• Collaborate with a team that prioritizes clinical excellence

Who We’re Looking For

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Associate-level clinician licensed in Texas
• Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy
• Warm, empathetic communicator
• Trauma-informed experience is a plus
• Couple's Counselor, EMDR and/or Play Therapy training strongly preferred

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active Texas licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT , or associate-level equivalent
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions
• Ability to provide ethically sound, trauma-informed care
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport
• Consistent, timely documentation and adherence to professional standards
• Commitment to a collaborative, team-centered clinical environment
