The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background and significant experience in complex litigation, including superior research, writing, and analytical skills. Candidates with judicial clerkship experience are encouraged to apply. Member of or willingness to take California Bar required. Holland & Knight’s litigation department possesses a collegial atmosphere and provides its attorneys with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
