We’re a boutique practice offering a calm, supportive environment for both clients and therapists.

We’re seeking Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) who share our passion for holistic wellness, personalized care and creating a safe, inclusive space for all. Our LMTs typically start with 2-3 shifts per week. As our books grow, your hours can grow too — with benefits available for full-time team members.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customized massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs
• Deliver trauma-informed and body-affirming care
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Educate clients on self-care and wellness practices
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Current Ohio Massage Therapy License in good standing
• Strong skills in multiple bodywork modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, myofascial release, trigger, point therapy, reflexology, etc.)
• Commitment to inclusivity and respect for all identities and bodies
• Professional, reliable and compassionate demeanor
• Interest in building lasting relationships with clients and the community

• Have experience with trauma-informed massage or specialized modalities
• Enjoy collaborating in a small-team setting
