Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated individual with experience working in a remote environment for a Junior Legal Assistant with our Workers Compensation Team. This position involves scheduling with the courts, scheduling mediations, fielding calls from our corporate clients, drafting correspondence in regards to upcoming hearings/meetings/mediations, and other duties that may overflow from our busy Legal Assistant team.
