Role description: We are looking for a talented freelance Graphic Designer to join our team on an ongoing basis. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 (flexible within these hours) Workload: Approximately 30-40 hours per month Responsibilities Development of graphic materials, banners, and visual content adapted for different platforms, such as the company’s website blogs, social media, and other PR/branding and product marketing purposes. Timely and high-quality performance of assigned tasks in compliance with key messages and brand visual identity. Coordination and collaboration with the in-house designer on demand. Requirements 2+ years of visual design experience; Good self-discipline, time-management, ability to collect and analyze information, ability to think out of the box, advanced professional knowledge, tech-savvy, extensive knowledge in the professional sphere. MS Office (PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Acrobat Pro, Jira, Affinity; Figma - would be a plus. Experience working on web projects and designing presentations. Ability to work with printed products. Clear understanding of the tasks. Professional literacy and competent professional language. Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain brand consistency across all materials. Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
