General Virtual Assistant | Bilingual: Cantonese & English

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Support - Purchase materials from vendors (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.).
• Internal Coordination - Work closely with project managers to track tasks and requirements.
• Vendor/Contractor Liaison
• Connect with vendors/subcontractors to follow up on project status.
• Organize, prioritize, and draft professional responses when needed.
• General Administrative Support
• Assist with other assigned tasks to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (ChineseEnglish) strong professional fluency required.
• 3+ yrs experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Background in construction project support or international vendor management is highly preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Business Central and/or Dynamics 365

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)
