Role: Founding Designer

Location: New York, United States (On-site)

Compensation: $160,000 - $225,000 + Competitive equity

Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, $500/month tooling stipend, flexible PTO, 401(k)

YOE: 4–6+ years of experience as a Product Designer

About the Role:

  • Lead the design of internal case management tools , law firm portals, and client-facing experiences .
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to design usable and beautiful systems.
  • Define and implement their design system , ensuring clarity, simplicity, and alignment across teams.
  • Shape AI-powered user experiences , ensuring the outputs are clear, useful, and aligned with user needs.
  • Own end-to-end design for highly impactful, operational products in the legal tech space.

Who is the Ideal Candidate:

  • 4-6+ years of experience as a Product Designer with proven high-ownership work.
  • Experience in 0→1 product design in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience designing AI-powered tools.
  • Comfortable working on both product and brand design .
