Job Description

• Being able to work a 12 hour shift
• Being able to commute to Lexington
• Take initiative and be proactive
• Willing to help in other department when needed
• Read and understand shop orders, production schedules and follow written or verbal instructions
• Meet and exceed company's expectations (safety, quality, production)
• Report issues to maintenance as needed and make supervisor aware.
• Pick and pull orders
• Must follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain housekeeping throughout shift
• Must be punctual
• Will be required to use a forklift to move products around the warehouse and loading and unloading

• Safety glasses and hearing protection is required and provided.
• Safety shoes are required and are to be purchased by the employee.

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. repetitively.
• Must be able to stand the entire shift.
• Position requires bending, stooping, stretching and reaching.

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-starter and well organized.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Basic knowledge of computer use.
• Flexible to perform multiple job functions and duties
• Forklift certified preferred / or experience operating a forklift
• Machine Operating Experience
• Warehouse Experience
