U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required; no sponsorship available. Responsibilities Prepare and conduct classroom and simulator training in accordance with FARs, training policies, manuals, and company requirements. Facilitate pilot learning and develop instructional and evaluation media for training programs. Maintain course material and procedural integrity through self‑study, skills practice, and instructor meetings. Perform other job duties as directed by leadership. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience operating training equipment, including computer‑based training workstations. Proficient with Microsoft Office and flying instruction duties with FAR training requirements. Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read technical documents, follow instructions, and prepare clear written materials. Ability to work under tight time constraints with high flexibility. Will work rotating shifts covering 365 days a year up to 24 hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays. Education Required: High School Diploma or GED. Experience Required: Flying experience operating an aircraft. Licensing/Certification Required: USA DOT/FAA Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with “Airplane Multiengine Land” category and “English Proficient” limitation. Valid U.S. Driver’s License. Must meet all regulatory criteria to obtain and maintain Flight Deck Jumpseat Access; continuous enrollment in Rap Back. Physical Abilities Vision and computer display proficiency. Capability to participate in FAR‑directed Line Observation Program and to enter/exit aircraft under normal and emergency conditions. Able to sit in simulator up to 4 hours uninterrupted. Work extended hours, transport at most 25 lbs occasionally, and operate flight simulators at elevated heights. Pass annual flight evaluation; convey instructions for up to 8 hours. Other Qualifications Well‑groomed appearance per company standards. U.S. citizenship or authorized work status without sponsorship. At least 23 years of age. Professional behavior during company hours and events. Compliance with attendance standards, confidentiality expectations, and company policies. Air travel with overnight stays required; ability to work extended hours.
