Were seeking a skilled Executive Assistant with 5+ years experience to support senior leaders across time zones managing calendars, communications, research, and projects with professionalism and efficiency.

Salary: 400700/month (in local currency)

Locations: Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Barbados, or Jamaica

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across multiple time zones.
• Handle inbox management, draft correspondence, and maintain clear communication on behalf of senior leaders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and meeting documents with accuracy and professionalism.
• Conduct research to support strategic projects and decision-making.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics as required.
• Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure data integrity at all times.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, expense reports, and internal documentation.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and overall efficiency.
