The Executive Assistant is a key administrative and operational partner to the Executive Director and the broader leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective execution of organizational priorities. The Executive Assistant serves as a highly-visible liaison between leadership, staff, board members, donors, and external stakeholders. This dynamic position requires exceptional relational and organizational skills, the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and problem-solve with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
This is a remote position, yet we have a strong preference for this person to be physically located in the greater area of Greenville SC. Persons living in the Eastern US time zone may be considered but applicants from other time zones will not be considered.
This is a full-time remote/work-from-home role with occasional travel for events and meetings required. Because of our global presence, some work outside the "typical" office hours will occasionally be required. Starting salary range of $55-60k with benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life/disability, retirement matching, PTO, paid family leave, wellness support, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
