  • Systems Integration: Collaborate closely with mechanical, hydraulic, and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into larger equipment designs.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical designs, wiring, and installations meet NEC, OSHA, and industry safety standards while adhering to company quality processes.
  • Project Management: Manage electrical engineering deliverables, timelines, budgets, and reporting for assigned projects.
  • Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise to manufacturing, assembly, and field service teams—including troubleshooting guidance and hands-on training.
  • Continuous Improvement: Research and evaluate new technologies, components, and methods to improve system performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in electrical design, development, and testing.
  • Strong background in power distribution, controls, and electronics within heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural, or industrial machinery environments.
  • Proficiency with CAD electrical design tools such as AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial automation systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, UL, IEC).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
