Position Overview Arixa's Doc Drawer will assume ownership of loans assigned upon underwriting approval, including but not limited to reviewing preliminary reports, credit memorandums, operating agreements, and any supporting documentation needed to prepare loan documents. Coordinate with closing companies and/or notaries for signing appointments and help support the closing department to ensure loans are funded to meet the borrower's expectations. Primary Duties & Responsibilities - Perform a final verification of the preliminary title report to ensure accuracy of taxes, liens, and encumbrances.
- Review operating agreements to determine proper signing authority
- Collaborate and proactively communicate with internal and external parties involved in the closing process to resolve outstanding issues or discrepancies
- Conduct quality control review to ensure data quality within Salesforce and loan documents
- Generate closing packages from Salesforce and/or Lightning Docs
- Meet proper SLAs by sending closing package within 24 hours upon underwriting approval
- Coordinate closing with closing agent, notary, and borrower
- Support Closer on meeting funding SLA's; review executed closing package and/or verify wiring instructions with title company
- Communicate and escalate any issues to Closing Team Lead
- Work on special projects as needed or other duties as may be assigned
Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- 3-4 years of doc drawing or operation fulfillment experience required, preferably in private lending.
- Working knowledge and use of MS Office and internet.
- Experience working with Salesforces a plus.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change quickly.

- Work Environment: This position typically operates in a professional office environment. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or address urgent issues
Compensation This LA or Phoenix based position requires in office work two (2) or more days per week in office to ensure close alignment among all team members. This position is non-exempt full time, with an hourly pay range of $33-40/hourly plus discretionary bonus potential.
