We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will assist customers with their banking transactions, provide exceptional service, and support various operational tasks. This position is based in Hacienda Heights, California, and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the banking industry.

Responsibilities:
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a focus on satisfaction.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account-related questions or transactions.
• Maintain accurate records by performing data entry and updating customer information as needed.
• Support the scheduling of appointments and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
• Assist with bank transactions and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and address customer needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Manage email correspondence and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Perform order entry tasks and maintain an organized workflow.• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking-related role.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on accuracy and care.
• Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Experience with basic banking transactions and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
