The work will be challenging, but always rewarding. **It's Work That Matters.** **Overview** **Schedule:** Part-time position with flexible hours between Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. **Purpose Statement/Position Summary:** The Associate Research Speialist, under supervision, conducts routine laboratory research procedures. Follows protocol to perform experiments. Tabulates data and may assist with analysis. Performs routine equipment maintenance and orders supplies. May provide instruction to support personnel. **Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:** Experience working in a laboratory environment required. Preferred: 1+ years of experience performing laboratory research. **Education/Licensure/Certifications:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. **Pay Scale Information** $43,680.00-$61,953.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
