Medical Adult Day Program in Clinton, MD seeks a full-time Administrative/ Medical Billing Assistant with at least three (3) to five (5) years of experience. Must have medical billing experience.
The job entails performing varied secretarial and administrative duties and standard weekly billing. The duties include;
* Preparing weekly reports to ensure timely submission of Medical billing and submission of invoices
* Maintaining files accurately to ensure that all billed claims are paid 
* Identify possible billing/ authorization problems and seek corrective measures in a timely fashion
* Prepares and distributes monthly accounts receivable and expenditures reports in Excel.
* Responds to inquiries and requests for information concerning the Program's services
* Conducts tours of the Center, distributes information, and explains the requirements for admission
* Oversees office operations
* Orders office supplies and mail requested documents as needed. 
* Schedules required annual inspections and renewed3 annual required certifications
* Serves as an internal resource for staff, visitors, and administration
* Greet visitors
* Maintain confidential client records
Will also perform HR duties, such as collecting potential employee documents, scheduling background checks, maintaining personnel files, and contacting references.
